CrossFit Kids is all about pairing fitness with fun. We believe that this is essential to setting a child on the path towards a lifetime of fitness. Every class incorporates age-appropriate games with basic functional movements. Besides learning how to move well, our goals are to have each participant grow in confidence and character.
Our Kids classes are structured similarly to our adult CrossFit classes but with FUN and games at the forefront. We will start with a silly "social" social warm up, and then do a physical warm up game. Instead of a WOD (workout of the day) there will be an activity of the day that will cover one or some common and simple CrossFit movements. Then we get to finish class with a faster pace game the your kiddos will love.

We understand how intimidating it can be to get started on a new fitness journey. But don't worry! We were all once the "new person." It's a scary thing- we get it. But at WCF, we foster a community that is inclusive, compassionate, and empowering. You will never feel alone.
All of our trainers have (at least) an up-to-date CrossFit Level 1 Certificate. We require every coach to go through our thorough on-boarding program and demonstrate proficiency in their craft before ever taking the floor.
