On Ramp is highly recommended for athletes with little to no CrossFit experience. You'll be participating in 4 1-on-1 sessions with a trainer, focusing on bodyweight movements and using lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a kick-ass workout too.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scaling options to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion, you will get a chance to test out your new skills in a mini CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements. you may graduate to our regular group classes and get the full CrossFit experience!

All of our trainers have (at least) an up-to-date CrossFit Level 1 Certificate. We require every coach to go through our thorough on-boarding program and demonstrate proficiency in their craft before ever taking the floor.
