We are excited to announce the addition of Legends/Foundations CrossFit to our class schedule!
This class is specifically tailored to the vibrant 50s+ demographic and anyone who is not quite ready for a general population CrossFit class.
Our Legends/Foundations workouts are carefully designed with lower-impact exercises that still pack a punch in terms of cardiovascular, strength, and mobility training.
This class is perfect for new or older individuals looking to stay active, improve or maintain their fitness levels, and enjoy a quality of life that allow them to pursue their passions without limitations.
It’s not just about adding years to your life, but life to your years. Your next chapter starts here, and it’s going to be LEGENDary!
Our Legends/Foundations class takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday at 10:30AM
We understand how intimidating it can be to get started on a new fitness journey. But don't worry! We were all once the "new person." It's a scary thing- we get it. But at WCF, we foster a community that is inclusive, compassionate, and empowering. You will never feel alone.
All of our trainers have (at least) an up-to-date CrossFit Level 1 Certificate. We require every coach to go through our thorough on-boarding program and demonstrate proficiency in their craft before ever taking the floor.
We believe in supporting people who are ready to take action and give them everything they need to crush their goals. It's why our members keep coming back for more.
